First is Muscle Milk and Monster Milk, now comes Power Milk. Power Milk contains a blend of proteins similar to Muscle Milk. Whey concentrate and isolate along with milk protein isolate and calcium caseinate. It is low in sugar and contains malt dextrin and waxy maize as its carb sources. Healthy fats are included to create a comprehensive muscle supporting formula.

When do you take Power Milk?
Basically just like you would Muscle Milk or Monster Milk, before or after workouts, or any time protein or calories are needed to keep you anabolic.

What’s the difference between Muscle Milk and Power Milk?
The main difference is the types of proteins used and their amounts.

Muscle Milk’s proteins:
Calcium and sodium caseinate
Milk protein isolate
Whey isolate
Whey concentrate
Whey peptides

Power Milk’s proteins:
Whey protein concentrate
Calcium and sodium caseinate
Milk protein isolate
Whey protein isolate
Whey protein hydrolysate
As you can see Power Milk contains more whey protein than muscle milk, especially with the addition of hydrolyzed whey. This also makes for a faster digesting protein than Muscle Milk.
