Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 is a time-released protein that contains 7 different sources of protein. This protein is similar to BSN’s Syntha 6 protein. Elite Fusion 7 also contains 6 grams of fat per serving. This not only makes the protein taste even better, it can also allow for the proteins to be released at a slower rate.
Elite Fusion contains 23 grams of protein per serving along with 1 gram of sugar and 5 grams of fiber….which can also slow down the digestion of the various proteins. The taste is good.
